Join the forum discussion on this post - (1) Posts Recently I’ve been very busy focusing on other business projects and consequently miss out on writing more for this blog. It’s a shame because the blog receives a constant stream of traffic. This is where you come in.
I will be adding two 125X125 ad buttons above the Twitter and Rss feed buttons in the sidebar. Every week you submit a post to Purple Hazard your ad will be displayed in either one or both of those spots. You will also be allowed to link back to your blog from the posts you submit.

The Purple Hazard Job Board is a place for bloggers and blog owners to meet and greet. If you’re a blogger looking for a job or a blog owner looking for a blogger, this is the right place.
We have three options which you can utilize to list your jobs or list your talents.
1. Contributor
You can register for a Purple Hazard account. You will be given contributor status, where you will be able to post your listings from the WordPress interface. A editor will review your post and accept or reject it within one business day. This is preferable for user’s comforable with the WordPress blogging platform.
2. Forum Post
You can register for a Purple Hazard account. You will then have to login to either the blog or forum, which is fully integrated, and post your listing in the Job Board section, within the forum. A forum editor will review your post and accept or reject it within one business day. Your listing will then be made in the Purple Hazard Job Board.
3. E-mail
If you prefer not to register for any accounts, you can send us an e-mail at support [at] purplehazard [.] com. An editor will review your post and accept or reject it within one business day. Your listing will then be made in the Purple Hazard Job Board.
I read an interesting article over at The Blog Herald today, regarding 
Technorati, who as it seems, is currently looking for writers of original content, as a way to broaden their horizons, together with their new ad network.
I say interesting, because as most people should know by now, they were a search engine based business, which in my opinion is the reason for their popularity today. It is beyond me why they wouldn’t expand on this already successful part of their business. Why move into an area already dominated by corporate entities and very successful entrepreneurs?
This is, however, a golden opportunity for the up and coming blogger out there, interested in a joining an established blogging entity.

Join the forum discussion on this post - (1) Posts We are in the process of launching a new BuddyPress community specifically for African bloggers, named Zumame. We will cover all the costs associated with hosting and setup, but we’re still looking for two possible admin members.
You do not have to be an African citizen to become part of this project. We require a coder, designer and/or administrator with BuddyPress and WordPress experience.
