I’ve been using Gmail as my standard E-mail client for most of my projects.
I’ve been looking at Google Apps premier edition to provide users with their own free e-mail accounts, but under a nice spiffy domain.
I registered domain, through Google Apps and would like any solid detailed advice in setting up the service. I spent a lot of time searching and reading different documentations and blogs, but I’m unable to find exactly what I’m looking for.
I know there are a few other people who would also like to know these answers:
1. Can I provide users with their own free e-mail accounts under my newly registered domain?
2. How many members will Google Apps Premier allow per account?
3. Is this the best option for a service like this?
4. Will I be able to use my own custom front page with a Sign Up and Login screen? (I will most likely have to register a domain and setup CNAME records?)
5. What about ads?
If you think you could offer an explanation to any of the above questions please do. (Remember to include a link back to your posts so I can add them in the next post.)
Thank you.
